De-Winterization

A qualified SGPNOW vendor will reverse the winterization process at your property.

This service includes flushing the antifreeze from the plumbing system (including toilet bowls and tanks), removal of winterization stickers, reconnection of the water meter, and a pressure test to ensure that no unseen damage has occurred.

Photo documentation will be provided to support the work completed.

**Please note, if our vendor is unable to fulfill the order request due to unforeseen circumstances outside of SGPNOW’s control, including but not limited to an occupant who refuses to allow the requested work to be completed, a $35 travel/administrative fee will be withheld from your refund.
